Sam Selmer-Olsen Sam Selmer-Olsen brings more than two decades of software experience to bear on providing customers with the right solution and servicing them accordingly. His experience was gained providing technical customer support for IT companies and directing numerous software benchmarks, activities that today are used to fully utilise legacy mainframe systems at the company's client base.

Donald Abbot There is no technical problem that 'gets the better' of Donald. With his B.Sc (Hons) in Computer Science, he is an IBM mainframe software engineer and a pioneer in the transfer of software from one hardware platform to another. He assisted Software AG with the DB2 - NATURAL systems interface. He is proficient in communications software and a very competent technical systems specialist. This has enabled him to work in any operating system environment, understanding and implementing systems that most mere mortals would be too scared to implement. He has created products which Bateleur sell world-wide - most in the archiving world where he understands the archiving and retrieval of information. One of his most successful projects was to cut an archive process down from an estimated 522 days to 16 hours!

June Julyan Coming from a strong technical background and armed with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa, June Julyan has over 25 years extensive experience in the software industry. Joining Bateleur Software in 1997, June gained invaluable product knowledge by providing technical support for ASG-Mobius products, which formed an ideal base for her current role as ASG-Mobius Business Unit Manager. Applying her Document Management and Imaging skills, June proved invaluable in expanding the ASG-Mobius Content Management solution customer base in South Africa. Thorough knowledge of her product, and a perceptive understanding of customer business requirements enables her to provide an innovative approach to the implementation of Mobius solutions. She has overseen numerous successes with South African customers within the financial and insurance industries, as well as providing ASG-Mobius solutions within the SAP marketplace.

Lizette Sander Lizette has a BSc Hons degree and has been in IT since 1980. She started out as a programmer and joined SPL in 1986 as a Support Consultant in the Walker Financial division. Lizette has many years experience in software implementation, product training , trouble shooting and proved the value of outstanding client support. In 1997 Lizette joined the Bateleur team when Bateleur included the Walker product suite in their portfolio. Her expertise in the support role earned the respect and trust of our clients. In 2005 Lizette broadened her horizon and embraced the Identity Resolution suite of products. Her enthusiasm for data quality in general and Identity Resolution in particular has added great value to the Bateleur client base. Lizette believes that being customer focused is paramount to a successful relationship with her clients.

Deirdre Stoop Born in the mother of cities - Cape Town - a long time ago. Obtained a B Sc Computer Science from RAU (UJ) and a Hons degree in Information Technology from Unisa. First employer was an auditing firm, in the Computer Audit division. Then I progressed to software companies with 10 years spent at SPL. During my stint at SPL I spent my time doing pre-sales, support, implementation and training on financial software systems. When moving to Bateleur in 1997 I continued doing much of the same and recently moved into sales in the financial and HR analytical area.
